Privacy policy

We keep what we need to bill you and to keep the gateway running, and nothing more. Prompt and completion bodies are not stored. Your content is never used to train models.

This site is a demonstration project; the policy below is illustrative sample copy.

Account data: name, work email, company, and billing details you provide.

Usage metadata: timestamp, API key, model, token counts, latency, and HTTP status for each request.

Technical data: IP address and user agent for dashboard sessions, used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not persist request or response bodies. Prompts and completions pass through memory for the duration of the request and are discarded.

We do not use customer content for model training, evaluation, or product analytics.

Requests are forwarded to the model provider you address. Their handling of that request is governed by their own policies. We use standard infrastructure and payment providers; a current list is available on request.

Usage metadata is retained for 24 months to support billing, invoicing, and dispute resolution. Account records are retained for as long as the account is open, and for the period afterwards required by tax and accounting rules.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may export your usage history from the dashboard at any time. Write to privacy@bestagi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
