Terms of service
Last updated September 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern access to the BestAGI API gateway and dashboard. By creating an account or sending a request to the API you accept them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
This site is a demonstration project. The text below is illustrative sample copy and is not legal advice or an enforceable agreement.
2. The service
BestAGI forwards API requests to third-party model providers and returns their responses. We do not modify request or response content, and we make no representation about the accuracy or fitness of model output.
Availability targets are published on the pricing page. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful content, to attempt to circumvent provider safety systems, to resell raw access without a written agreement, or to send traffic on behalf of a third party whose identity you have not disclosed.
Upstream providers' usage policies apply to traffic routed through the gateway in addition to these terms.
4. Fees and billing
Usage is metered per token and charged against your prepaid balance at your plan's published multiplier. Balances are non-refundable except where required by law.
Invoices and receipts are available for self-service download from the dashboard for every order.
5. Data
Request and response bodies are proxied and are not retained beyond the lifetime of the request. Usage metadata — token counts, model, latency, timestamps — is stored for billing and analytics.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it.
6. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment, for abuse, or where continued service would breach an upstream provider's terms, with notice where circumstances permit.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
